I started making these puzzles for my late husband Walter when his eyes (and his memory) started giving him trouble. After he passed, I kept making them — for my grandkids during summer visits, for my bridge club on Wednesdays, for the senior center where I volunteer on Tuesdays. The puzzles on this site are the same ones because of all the different experiences we’ve had over the years, and we have the reservoirs of strength, knowledge, and understanding that can only come with age. Time has sprinkled our lives with many flavors to taste and savor in our “seasoned” years.
